Keir Vallance received his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan in 2000 and was admitted to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2001. He has worked in private practice for many years, primarily as a litigator in the areas of labour, employment, human rights, and family law. He has also worked as a union representative. His Master of Laws thesis focused on trade union rights and the Charter. Prior to joining the College of Law, Keir taught labour law (COMM 387) and employment law (COMM 382) as a sessional lecturer at the Edwards School of Business.
