Each school can have 5 students confirmed, in addition too we are also to submit our waiting list, in the event that we can add more students. The dress code is business formal, and you should wear your Green Legal Name Tag, with your new law year - 2L (I have extra ribbons on my door for pickup)   
 
University of Victoria (UVic) is coordinating the registration of students from the above western Canadian law schools. The Firm Hop is planned for 2 days, within the timeframe of Wednesday, April 29th - Thursday, April 30th, 2026. This is a unique opportunity to visit and meet firm representatives while within the firm and outside the formal interview setting.  This is an amazing opportunity for any student who wishes to work in this location, better understand the job market, and expand their network.  Firms have mentioned that they have identified students of interest during this event.
You are expected to attend all sessions, over both dates.  Your name/email/law school/year of study will be forwarded to participating employers. If something unexpected arises and you cannot attend a particular session, you are responsible for letting the employer know. The contact information for each employer will be included in the Master Schedule. 
If you are interested in attending now, please register in CareerLink, College of Law module, Law Events and PD Sessions, and send me an email to lawcareers@usask.ca, to let me know you have done that (that way I have a record of time when students have registered), and I will reach back out to you, to confirm your attendance.  I will be forwarding the four student names by the end of day on Wednesday, April 15th, 2026!  
Schedule: The draft schedule currently allows for this event to run from 9-5:30 on both days, with visits to up to 12 employers.
