Western Canadian Law Schools’ Virtual OCI Process for Toronto 2L summer 2025 positions, includes the following six campuses:

  • Thompson Rivers University
  • University of Alberta
  • University of Calgary
  • University of Manitoba
  • University of Saskatchewan
  • University of Victoria

The virtual OCIs will take place from 10:00am – 5:00pm ET on Tuesday, September 10th, 2024. Participating employers may interview candidates from any of the six participating schools. There is no charge to participate, and this is a virtual interview event.

Employer registration deadline

July 22, 2024

Student application deadline (per the Law Society of Ontario)

August 19, noon (12 p.m.) ET

Deadline for employers to submit their student candidate list

August 28 by 5:00 p.m. ET

Date by which employers will receive their interview schedule

August 29-September 6, 2024

Time period for employers to contact students with platform details, technical issue contact and any change to interviewers

September 10, 2024, 10:00 a.m. - 5 p.m. ET
