In Dangerous Opportunities five leading Canadian legal experts use the Home Capital crisis as a starting point for examining overlapping areas of business law: corporate governance, pension fund law, financial literacy initiatives, mortgage regulation, and tax law. The book highlights gaps in Canada’s current legal framework that leave us at risk of a future financial crisis and what we can do to avoid one.
