Final Report Released of the Saskatchewan Legal Coaching and Unbundling Pilot Project

Throughout 2021, CREATE Justice, along with its partners from the Law Society of Saskatchewan and the Saskatchewan Ministry of Justice implemented a project which sought to collect lawyer and user data from those who had offered and accessed legal coaching or other unbundled legal services in the province of Saskatchewan. The results of that data, compiled by the Canadian Hub for Applied and Social Research have been published in a final report. We are excited to share our findings and are grateful to a grant provided by the Canadian Foundation for Legal Research, which made this study possible.
