Guiding Principle 1: Testing and reviewing design methods
CREATE Justice is a hub and catalyst for introducing and implementing design methods to solve complex access to justice challenges. A variety of design approaches have been piloted through the Dean’s Forum on Access to Justice and Dispute Resolution and then further considered and advanced at CREATE Justice's lab. Examples of the design methods that have been tested through CREATE Justice initiatives include:
- User design thinking and process mapping
- Catalyzing networks for change
- Transformative Scenario Planning
- Individual and collective reflective practice
- Strategy mapping
Sample of projects that test or advance design methods
