Ambit Pilot Evaluation

Ambit is a course on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in the workplace, delivered through a series of four modules. Ambit invites participants to consider diverse perspectives and to develop skills and behaviours that increase positive participation in society. The Social Innovation Lab was asked to assist with evaluating the pilot and moving the United Way toward being able to evaluate and monitor the program independently.
