About the Project

The Access to Justice in Legal Education Experiential Learning Guide (the Guide) is being created by the Canadian Bar Association Access to Justice Subcommittee’s Legal Education Working Group (Working Group). The Guide is intended to be one tool in the larger pedagogical mission of supporting access to justice through legal education.

The Guide was written by Gemma Smyth, Associate Professor, University of Windsor, with support from the following Working Group members and an Advisory Committee, which includes membership from the University of Saskatchewan College of Law.
