The McKercher Lecture Series at the College of Law presents a pop-up event with guest speaker the Hon. R. James Williams, Justice of the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia's Family Division.
Justice Williams has served Nova Scotia’s Family Court for over 30 years. He is an influential justice, and a leading educator in family law, having developed the National Judicial Institute’s Family Law Program for judges and taught the subject in universities across the globe. This lecture will be of particular interest to students in the Family I, Family II and Family Negotiation Courses.
Free - all welcome. Qualifies for 1 CPD hour including ethics.
