Second Annual Saskatchewan Access to Justice Week

Conferences and Workshops

A whole week of events around Saskatoon and Regina devoted to engaging communities and the public in the access to justice conversation.

The second annual Saskatchewan Access to Justice Week is a week of special events to get the College of Law, Saskatchewan legal community and the general public talking about access to justice, and to ensure that different Saskatchewan communities within the public, who each face diverse barriers to accessing justice and legal services, are engaged and meaningfully heard.

Events include town halls in Saskatoon and Regina on the future of legal services provision in Saskatchewan; a lecture on Expanding Engagement: Creating Connections Between Delivery of Justice and Health Services; a free legal resources fair at Frances Morrison library in Saskatoon; and the Saskatchewan Access to Legal Information Conference on Oct 20 and 21.
